The Australasian Hospitality Group is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Motel Management Couple to take the lead at a 29-room motel in Kilmore, Victoria. This is an opportunity for a motivated couple to be part of a growing hospitality group, make the property their own and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.
Start Date: Between 1 October and 1 December 2026, depending on availability.
Key responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day motel operation , overseeing reception, housekeeping, maintenance and overall guest experience.
- Recruit, train and manage your own team , including preparing staff rosters and managing staffing requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service , with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, reviews and repeat business.
- Manage bookings and reservations , ensuring productive occupancy and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Drive direct bookings and local business through effective marketing and relationship building.
- Maintain the property to a high standard , including guest rooms, gardens, lawns, presentation, cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
- Work closely with Group Management , following company procedures while taking ownership of the property's performance and success.
