About the role

This is a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and high-level patient service. The Dental Practice Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the practice at Gisborne Dental Group, a dental practice with over 30 years of trusted care in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities

- HR management: recruitment, onboarding, leave, performance reviews, and training
- Daily operational oversight and team coordination
- Appointment schedule management and patient follow-ups
- Stock control: dental materials, ordering, invoicing, and billing
- Health insurance processing and treatment plan communication
- Updating internal documentation and workflows
- Assisting chairside when needed to support the clinical team and patient flow
- Treatment co-ordinating patients from start to finish

About you

- Proven leadership experience in a dental or healthcare environment
- Solid background in Dental Assisting (mandatory)




- Willingness and ability to assist chairside when required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with IT systems and scheduling software
- Professional presentation, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
