Pearsall Dental Receptionist

Pearsall Dental Centre is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a permanent part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional who enjoys both chairside assisting and front reception duties in a busy and supportive practice environment.

Rostered Hours

Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday - OFF
Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

(1-hour unpaid lunch break each day)

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and assisting patients

- Managing appointments and patient enquiries

- Processing payments and administrative tasks

- Providing exceptional customer service and patient care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- A professional and caring approach to patient care

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of dental software systems (preferred)

- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
