About the role

Make content that sells product — then make more of it, faster than the algorithm can get bored. You'll own ad creative that converts, growing our social presence on TikTok and Instagram, being on camera, and producing content packages around campaigns.

Key responsibilities

- Make statics and short-form video that run as Facebook and Instagram ads — testing hooks, angles and formats, then iterating on what wins

- Post consistently on TikTok and Instagram, riding trends while they're still trends

- Be on camera talking to camera, demoing product, being funny

- Take campaign concepts and produce the whole content package around them

- See performance numbers on everything you make and iterate based on results

About you

- Short-form video you personally shot and edited

- Genuine editing skill in CapCut, Premiere, or similar

- Comfortable and interesting on camera

- Across trends — not researching them, living in them





- Gold Coast based and able to get to Arundel for shoot days

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
