Job Summary: We are seeking the services of a skilled Technician to join our dedicated team. The position involves the service and support of our Ricoh range of print devices and associated products. This role requires a proactive approach to customer support and maintenance tasks..

Key responsibilities:

- Onsite installation, programming and setup of photocopiers and printers

- Provide onsite technical support to our customers

- Diagnose and repair copiers and other office equipment

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Train clients on how to use copiers and other office equipment

- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs

Requirements:

- Experience with Ricoh products preferred but not essential

- Robust technical skills and knowledge of other office equipment

- Excellent customer service skills





- Proficient in computer networks

- Strong problem solving skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Valid NSW driver's licence

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry under health and safety management

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

- Ability to work in various environments, & complete site compliance when required.

Salary: up to $85,000.00 negotiable commensurate with experience.
