About the role

An Experienced Barista position on a part-time basis, working 20–30 hours per week with weekend availability. Shifts typically run 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility for more hours available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Dial in grinders and maintain consistent espresso quality throughout the day

- Froth milk perfectly and pour high-quality coffee efficiently under pressure

- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to regulars and new guests

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee station

- Work collaboratively as a reliable team player

About you

- Proven experience in a similar quick-paced barista role

- Strong ability to handle high-volume periods with a positive attitude

- A genuine, infectious passion for coffee and the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Absolute reliability and punctuality for early morning weekend shifts
