About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Refrigeration Technician to join the team at BSG WA. This is a full-time position based in Jandakot, WA 6164. As a Qualified Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration and air conditioning systems for our diverse client base.

• Experienced technicians with a dual trade in Electrical, or

• Qualified refrigeration technicians who are interested in starting an electrical apprenticeship to expand their skills.

You will work on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including opportunities on mining contracts, which attract additional allowances. This role offers growth opportunities in both refrigeration and electrical trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems

• Diagnose faults across refrigeration and electrical components

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and safety regulations

• Provide professional and reliable customer service

• Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Skills & Qualifications (Essential)

• Fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (Certificate III or equivalent)

• Valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical License

• Current White Card

• Able to complete and maintain full medical and DAS

• Able to complete and maintain a Police Check





• Experience in commercial refrigeration

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Current Australian driver’s licence

Highly Regarded / Optional

• Dual trade in Electrical (A-Grade Electrician or equivalent)

• Interest in starting an electrical apprenticeship alongside refrigeration work
