Task & responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present meals according to recipes and quality standards.
- Inspect ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
- Assist in planning menus and daily specials.
- Portion and plate food attractively and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Ensure temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipments are maintained during the cooking process.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory, store food correctly, and assist with stock ordering.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Reduce food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.

Qualification & experience
- Successful Candidate should hold Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Cook (1 Year full time Required)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
