We are currently recruiting an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at the newly opened Parlour Café at Charles Gairdner Hospital.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and coffee, and a positive experience for hospital staff, patients and visitors.

What you'll be doing:

- Supervising the daily operation of the café

- Leading, training and motivating the front-of-house team

- Preparing consistently excellent specialty coffee and fresh food

- Maintaining food safety, quality and presentation standards

- Managing stock ordering, stock rotation and inventory

- Coordinating catering orders and ensuring timely delivery

- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a Café Supervisor or hospitality leadership role

- Robust barista skills and a passion for quality coffee





- Experience leading, training and developing a team

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- A hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service

- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example

- Must be available to work weekends
