Three Loaves Bakehouse is a well-known commercial artisan bakery located in Townsville, North Queensland. We supply a range of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers in the region, as well as selling direct to the public.
We are seeking a full-time Baker/Baker's Assistant to join our team in Townsville. Candidates must be experienced in the baking industry.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of all stages of the baking and patisserie process.
- Understanding of bakery equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy setting.
- Ability to work shifts with varying start times between 10am and 7pm weekends included.
- Long term position, seasonal workers need not apply.
