About the role





As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, delivering high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strong team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team

- Designing and updating seasonal menus

- Managing food costs, ordering, and stock control

- Ensuring food safety and compliance with all regulations

- Maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency

- Working closely with venue management to drive food sales and customer satisfaction

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Solid understanding of food costing, GP targets, and stock management

- Passion for quality pub food and modern casual dining

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

- Relevant food safety certifications
