We seek a determined and enthusiastic person for this full-time position as Manager of our Concrete Costing (East) department based at our offices in Echuca. This is a senior management role reporting directly to the Eastern Region Concrete Operations Manager. The successful applicant will be required to oversee and manage concrete business operations across Mawsons eastern Vic and southern NSW regions.

Duties include:

- Prepare accurate quotes, costings and pricing for concrete products, major projects and tenders
- Support Site, Regional, Operational and General Managers with pricing strategies and product offerings across regions
- Build strong relationships with customers,



suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain pricing, margins and product profitability across regions
- Assist with budgeting, price reviews and cost management initiatives
- Coordinate and manage pricing for major projects, garden centres, precast products and steel
- Investigate and resolve pricing and costing discrepancies, providing timely feedback and support to concrete site teams
- Contribute to tender submissions and business development opportunities
