Castle Hill Tavern is seeking a hands-on Publican (Venue Manager) who leads from the front to create memorable pub experiences for locals. You will drive service quality, ensure safety and compliance, and helm a high-performing team in a busy Hills District venue.
You’ll be responsible for P&L; oversight, staff leadership, and delivering guest-centric experiences, with rewards including super and bonuses. Demonstrated RSA, RCG, and NSW Licensee qualifications are required.
