WE'RE HIRING: Senior Travel Manager

Do you love Africa, designing incredible travel experiences and making complicated logistics look easy?

Adventure Out Loud is looking for an experienced Travel Operations & Itinerary Manager to join our growing African adventure travel business.

This is not your typical travel consultant role.

Initially, you'll work closely with the CEO to turn sales into exceptional, fully coordinated African journeys. You'll lead itinerary design, bookings, logistics, supplier management, budgeting and operational processes — while progressively taking responsibility for the wider operations team.

What you'll do ✈️ Design detailed, multi-day African itineraries

? Coordinate complex travel across multiple suppliers and countries

? Manage supplier relationships and bookings

? Build trip budgets and protect margins

? Lead and support our operations team

⚙️ Improve systems, processes and efficiency

⭐ Help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients

You must have ✅ 5 years' travel industry experience

✅ Genuine African travel experience

✅ Experience designing detailed,



multi-day itineraries

✅ Strong organisational and logistical skills

✅ Ability to work remotely and independently

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to start immediately

Experience with Xero, Monday.com and Google Workspace is highly desirable.

What's on offer? ? Fully remote

⏰ Minimum 4 hours/day with flexible working hours

? Targeting $45/hour super for part time employment

? Casual option approximately $50–$55/hour including loading

? Opportunity to progress into sales and senior management

? Potential pathway to earn and/or purchase equity in Adventure Out Loud over the next 5 years
