We are looking for a Service Advisor who owns the customer experience from the first call to the keys being back in hand.

The role

- Run the front of house - bookings, quoting, updates, follow-ups
- Translate what the techs find into plain English for customers
- Keep the workshop schedule moving
- Handle invoicing, parts and admin
- Build the kind of relationships that bring people back

You

- Customer-facing automotive experience (or serious hunger to learn)
- Organised, fast on your feet, good under pressure
- Comfortable with tech and workshop systems
- Strong admin skills - detail-oriented and nothing slips through the cracks
- Current driver's licence The perks:
