$140,000 - $150,000 + Commission + Bonus + Car Allowance + Superannuation + Training + Progression + Other Great Benefits! Are you a Business Development Manager from a HVAC service sales background looking to own an enterprise portfolio outright, sell at C-suite level and build something that carries your name?

This is a fantastic prospect to take the NSW service portfolio as your own, decide where it grows and be measured on a number you have built yourself, selling the protection of the power and cooling behind data centres, hospitals and trading floors.

In this role you will sit across the table from the people who sign, not the people who recommend. You will decide which accounts to grow, build the case yourself and carry it through to contract.





This role will suit an experienced HVAC service sales professional who wants a portfolio of their own, work that matters when it goes wrong, and the standing that comes with a global market leader behind them.

The Role

- Owning the service sales strategy for the NSW enterprise portfolio
- Pipeline across maintenance renewals, warranty conversions and upsell
- Engaging C-suite and senior facilities stakeholders
- Proposals, quotations and commercial recommendations
- Forecasting and CRM reporting

The Person

- 3-5 years’ experience in service sales or service contract business development
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or related
- Full Australian driver's licence and commutable to Sydney
