The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our busy Service Department and drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This is a senior leadership position with autonomy, strong support from ownership, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a respected regional dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily workshop operations

- Drive labour sales, gross profit, and effective labour rate (ELR) performance





- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency

- Lead, mentor, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians

- Ensure outstanding customer experience and CSI performance

- Manage warranty processes and manufacturer compliance

- Maintain safe and compliant workshop practices

- Automotive industry experience is preferred for this role

About You

You will bring

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Senior Assistant Service Manager

- Strong understanding of dealership service KPIs and financial drivers

- Demonstrated leadership and people management capability

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- A desire to build a long-term career in a thriving regional community

Multi-franchise experience will be highly regarded.
