Required Experience

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, programmer/project management, delivery governance and senior stakeholder management.
- Significant experience managing complex enterprise technology deliveries and portfolios.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programmer, projects and workstreams within large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience establishing, implementing and operating delivery governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in programmer governance, portfolio management, demand management and delivery assurance.
- Strong experience managing senior customer, business and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, resources, capacity, issues and executive escalations.
- Experience working in complex customer, vendor and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid enterprise delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise ServiceNow delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing or governing significant ServiceNow programmes, portfolios or transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AIOps, ITOM,



ITSM and Enterprise Service Management concepts is strongly preferred.
