About the End Client

We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect to be the lead architecture authority on our clients largest ServiceNow transformation programs.

You'll shape platform strategy and target architecture for enterprise clients, present to senior stakeholders with confidence, and own the technical integrity of multi-product engagements end to end.

About the role

Architecture & strategy

- Serve as the lead architecture authority and trusted advisor across complex, multi-product ServiceNow engagements.
- Define platform strategy, target architecture, governance frameworks, operating models and technology roadmaps aligned to clients' business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Design enterprise-scale solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, Discovery, App Engine and ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents).
- Own instance strategy, domain separation, scalability, performance optimisation and platform health.
- Architect secure, maintainable integrations using APIs, middleware and event-driven patterns.

Governance & delivery

- Lead architecture governance boards, solution reviews and technical design validation across the full engagement lifecycle — strategy and design through implementation and support.




- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical and architectural decisions; assess technical risk, manage technical debt and guide platform modernisation.
- Ensure solution quality and measurable business value on every engagement.

Leadership & influence

- Present architecture strategy, options and trade-offs to executive stakeholders and steering committees; support account and advisory leadership in shaping client ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Mentor architects, developers and technical leads on engagements, lifting design quality and delivery maturity.
- Champion innovation through AI, automation and emerging platform capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with ServiceNow, partners and key client stakeholders.

What you'll bring

- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and consulting experience, including leading enterprise transformation programs across multiple product lines.
- Robust consulting, stakeholder management and governance skills, with credibility at executive level.
- Hands-on platform depth — able to validate designs, challenge technical decisions and guide developers, not just review slides.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Certifications — required

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS-ITSM plus at least one further CIS (e.g. ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
