AC3 is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing ServiceNow Practice.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll act as the bridge between our customers and technical delivery teams. You’ll lead workshops, gather and translate requirements, and work closely with ServiceNow Developers, Testers and Solution Architects to deliver successful ServiceNow implementations.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops
- Translate requirements into User Stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements
- Manage BA activities across multiple ServiceNow projects
- Work closely with Developers, Testers and Solution Architects
- Support testing and UAT through requirements clarification
- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements
- Work autonomously and take ownership of your deliverables
- Act as a trusted link between customers and technical teams

What we’re looking for ✅ Australian Citizenship – mandatory

✅ 5+ years’ ServiceNow implementation experience

✅ Strong ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM experience – mandatory





✅ Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering experience

✅ Experience working with Developers and Testers throughout the implementation lifecycle

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

Highly regarded: Experience across SAM, GRC, LSD and HRSD, ServiceNow certifications, consulting/MSP experience and an existing Baseline Security Clearance.

Baseline clearance is desirable, not mandatory.
