The role

- Qualify agency owners and book them onto closers' calendars
- Follow up relentlessly — the money is in follow-up 4–12
- Own your show rate, not just your book rate
Comp
- OTE $7,000–$9,000/mo
- Uncapped — top setters here out-earn most closers elsewhere
You need
- Minimum 1 year high-ticket setting (offers $3k+)
- Fluent, confident written + spoken English
- Ability to work US hours
- Reliable internet, quiet space, headset
Don't apply if
- You've only done low-ticket, e-com or SDR list-blasting
- You need to be micromanaged into hitting activity
- You're "trying setting out" as a side thing
