Workforce International is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Labourer to join our clients team in a busy chemical production warehouse, based in Bibra Lake. This role requires a skilled and safety-conscious operator who can work efficiently in a quick-paced, high-risk environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday (6am/2pm)

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials

- Support production processes within the warehouse - including batching, mixing, and general production duties of chemicals

- Handle and store chemical products in line with safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with WHS standards

Requirements:

- Current LF Forklift Licence with proven high-level operating experience

- Previous experience in a production, chemical, or manufacturing environment highly desirable

- Strong understanding of safe handling procedures and warehouse safety

- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow strict operational procedures
