Maintenance Plumber

Rosetta Plumbing, the flagship business of Rosetta Group Pty Ltd, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our established Hobart team.

For more than 65 years, Rosetta Plumbing has serviced the plumbing needs of Hobart and surrounding areas, making us one of Tasmania’s oldest and most respected plumbing businesses. We undertake work across maintenance, roofing, gas fitting, sanitary plumbing, water services, commercial plumbing and more.

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on position primarily involving maintenance plumbing for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs and installations, and providing practical, reliable solutions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Your work will include:

- General plumbing maintenance and repairs

- Fault-finding and problem-solving

- Water and sanitary plumbing

- Repairs and replacement of plumbing fixtures

- Commercial and residential maintenance

- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients

- Completing job documentation accurately

- Working independently and alongside our wider team

About you

We are looking for someone who:





- Is a qualified and licensed plumbing practitioner

- Has experience in maintenance plumbing

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Is reliable, organised and able to manage jobs independently

- Has solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Is friendly, professional and focused on customer service

- Works well as part of a close-knit team

- Holds a current driver’s licence

- Understands the importance of workplace health and safety

Additional experience in gas fitting, roofing or commercial plumbing would be well regarded but is not essential.
