About the role
Higgins Property Services' is seeking reliable and meticulous Display Home Cleaner to join our team for an immediate start. Based in Baringa / Aura Estate and nearby villages, this role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of display homes to the highest standard.
What are the hours?
Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday - 6am to 10am
Minimum 16 - 20 Hours per week - Casual or Permanent Part Time
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean and maintain display homes to an exceptional standard
- Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are left spotless
- Stock and restock cleaning supplies as required
- Liaise with the display home coordinator to address any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
