Vitura Health (ASX:VIT)

Queensland

We’re looking for a customer-centric and highly organised Product Lead to help shape the future of digital healthcare across Vitura’s product portfolio.

You’ll lead and support our Product Owner team, turning business priorities, customer needs and technical opportunities into clear product outcomes. Working closely with designers, developers, stakeholders and business leaders, you’ll help prioritise the right work, keep delivery moving and ensure our web and mobile products solve meaningful problems for patients, clinicians, pharmacies and internal teams.

We’re looking for a pragmatic product leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Experience in healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, clinical software or regulated environments would be highly regarded.

If you’re passionate about building better healthcare experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Manage, lead, coach and support the Product Owner team, providing direction, prioritisation guidance and escalation support to help the team deliver high-quality product outcomes.
- Help to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals, user needs, and clinical priorities.
- Ensure successful delivery of prioritised projects and features
- Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies and decisions, ensuring stakeholders, development teams and Product Owners remain aligned throughout discovery, delivery and release.
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and business domains.
- Oversee backlog health and prioritisation across the product portfolio, ensuring Product Owners maintain clear, well-prioritised and delivery-ready backlogs based on value, feasibility and user impact.
- Collaborate with the development team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups to ensure a clear understanding and delivery of requirements.
- Champion strong user experience by ensuring customer insights, user journey mapping, pain points and usability considerations are consistently reflected in product discovery, prioritisation and delivery decisions.
- Engage and consult with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, internal teams, and external partners,

to gather insights and validate solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-to-market activities, including release planning, documentation, and training.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback post‑release, using analytics and qualitative input to inform iteration and optimisation.

Essential Criteria

- Proven experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager or Programme Manager in an agile software development environment, leading and mentoring product owners or cross-functional product teams.
- A coaching and leadership mindset, with the ability to support, guide and develop Product Owners while creating clarity, accountability and momentum across the team.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle — from user research and requirements gathering to release planning, QA, and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer, clinical, operational and stakeholder needs into clear product priorities, roadmaps, user stories and delivery plans for a product team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical, clinical, design, and business teams.
- A strong user-first mindset, with a passion for using data and user feedback to optimise user journeys, improve digital workflows, and deliver intuitive product experiences.
- Proven delivery experience, with the ability to manage multiple work streams, coordinate dependencies, and make trade-offs between competing customer, clinical, technical and stakeholder needs.
- Experience facilitating workshops (e.g. backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros, and discovery sessions) and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make data-informed product decisions.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as IT, Business, Design, Computer Science, or Health Informatics.

Highly Regarded (Desirable)

Criteria

- Experience in the healthcare, telehealth, pharmaceutical, or clinical software space, particularly with patient-facing or clinician-facing applications.
- Experience in distribution and logistics, with a strong focus on process optimisation and improving reliability
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, such as healthcare, finance, or government.
- Familiarity with healthcare system integrations (e.g. HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR platforms, privacy and security frameworks).
