About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This unique role offers the flexibility of working from home for administrative, telehealth, and reporting duties, combined with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) site travel to deliver hands‑on assessments and clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and home/site visits during FIFO deployments.
- Deliver targeted rehabilitation programs, injury management, and telehealth consultations from your home office.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and key stakeholders to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Prepare detailed clinical reports, funding applications, and progress updates within designated timelines.




- Ensure ongoing clinical documentation complies with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full registration with AHPRA (or equivalent national registration body).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in occupational health, rehabilitation, or community OT.
- Ability to travel on a FIFO roster as required for site visits and assessments.
- Dedicated, private work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection.
- Current driver’s license and valid right to work.
