We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented Event Assistants to join our dedicated Bump In & Out Team, playing a vital role in the seamless delivery of exquisite weddings, high-impact private events and corporate gatherings. This is a hands‑on position for those who take pride in working behind the scenes to help bring extraordinary celebrations to life. From thoughtfully setting up beautiful spaces to ensuring a smooth and efficient pack down, your attention to detail and cooperative spirit will contribute to truly memorable experiences. What you'll be doing

- Prepare and dismantle event spaces with care, ensuring all furnishings and equipment are positioned correctly.
- Support the delivery, placement, and installation of event elements and décor.
- Execute setups precisely in line with client briefs and design specifications.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Deliver exceptional service and assistance to clients and guests throughout the event experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in event setup,



hospitality, or a similar operational support role.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to confidently follow event briefs and instructions.
- Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.
- A positive, dependable, and proactive attitude towards all tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A valid driver’s licence is highly regarded and considered a strong asset.
