An opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing & Product Coordinator to join an established Australian-owned business in the machinery and equipment sector.

This varied, hands‑on role covers marketing, digital content, product information and sales support, with plenty of autonomy. The position is 24-25 hours per week, with flexibility around how the hours are structured and the option to work from home once established in the role.

The Role

Working closely with the business owner and sales team, you’ll have the prospect to take ownership of the day‑to‑day marketing function, improving existing material and bringing greater consistency across the company’s marketing and product information.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and updating brochures, sales collateral and promotional material
- Managing social media content, digital advertising and email campaigns
- Maintaining website content, product information, pricing and imagery
- Supporting product launches, promotions and trade shows
- Maintaining CRM quoting templates and marketing resources
- Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels




- Monitoring marketing activity and campaign performance
- Providing some accounts payable and general administration support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is process‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously. You’ll enjoy having responsibility for your own workload while working closely with a small, established team.

- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or a similar role
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Experience creating brochures, digital content and sales collateral
- Confidence using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media, websites and digital marketing
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- A proactive, process‑driven approach and ability to take ownership of your work
- Experience within manufacturing, machinery, construction, engineering, automotive, agriculture, mining or another product‑based environment would be highly regarded
