We are currently seeking an experienced Detailer/Trade Assistant to Join the Brooks Equipment team. Based at our Welshpool branch, the successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to get the job done.

Main Responsibilities/duties will include:

- Detail and clean earthmoving equipment to meet required standards within tight schedules

- Identify and communicate any equipment issues to your supervisor

- Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order

- Assisting the tradesmen with various tasks as needed





Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

- Willingness to occasionally work weekends and flexible hours

- Previous detailing experience preferred but not essential

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

- Mechanically minded person that can use hand tools

- Forklift / High risk work licenses (desirable)

- An understanding of OH&S; regulations

- Be able to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test

- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

- Good organisation skills to work efficiently

- Positive attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously

- Be physically fit and be able to lift heavy objects
