Create is a rapid-growing civil earthworks and piping construction company located in Queensland’s Bowen Basin. We deliver bulk and detailed earthworks projects at BMA sites, with a 3-year contract secured at Caval Ridge, ongoing works at Saraji and Peak Downs, and a growing pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role

These are our all-rounder positions. Candidates will be capable of operating the below equipment to a competent level:

- Rollers / Skid Steers / Loaders

- MR/HR vehicles (HR tippers, HR watercarts)

- Articulated Trucks (40T ejector/tailgate moxies and moxy watercarts)

In addition, you'll be responsible for the installation of signage, geofabric, DPU operation, dewatering activities, escorting, and other general tasks as directed by your Supervisor.

As a bonus, candidates will be able to operate one or more of the below machines:

- Excavator / Grader / Dozer

- Hydroexcavation trucks

- Integrated Tool Carriers with forks (must have HRWL)

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' operating experience, including recent civil construction experience on BMA or similar tier one mining sites.



BMA equipment authorisations highly preferred.

- Be either driving distance to Moranbah or to Brisbane/Cairns airport

- Current QLD Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and BMA Core Inductions highly preferred

- Australian Driver's Licence (truck licence is a bonus!)

- Relevant RII qualifications preferred

- We run various crew sizes where everyone pitches in — if something needs doing, you jump in and do it, no matter what machine you're on

- Pride in your work, a strong safety commitment and a can-do attitude are a must

What's on Offer

- $55 – $65 per hour flat rate on all hours + super (casual) — where you land in the range comes down to your skills, tickets and machine capability

- Our operators typically start casual, with permanent positions offered to those who show the right skills and fit with our crew

- 7/7 roster, dayshift only — 12-hour days

- FIFO with flights provided (Brisbane or Cairns) or DIDO

- Camp accommodation, meals, uniforms and PPE all provided

- Training and upskilling provided, including RII qualifications

- Positions available now, with further opportunities across our sites as our pipeline grows
