We are urgently seeking multiple experienced Underground Shotcrete Sprayers for multiple FIFO opportunities across WA.

About the Role

Reporting to the Underground Supervisors, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating underground shotcrete spraying equipment, with Normet experience highly regarded
- Applying shotcrete to development headings and ground support areas to specification
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Working closely with underground supervisors, miners and agitator operators
- Monitoring shotcrete quality, thickness and coverage
- Completing daily shift reports and operational paperwork
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards underground
- Reporting equipment faults, hazards and maintenance requirements
- Assisting with general underground operations as required

About You

To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as an Underground Shotcrete Sprayer
- Experience operating Normet or similar shotcrete spraying equipment
- Current Manual Driver's Licence (HR highly regarded)




- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police clearance
