Your new role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to step into a key role on a $26M project in the Hunter Valley.
This position is required for the final 5–6 months of the build, with the possibility to extend into stage 2 and 3 of the project for an additional 24 months. The project is currently in cladding, fit-out, and finishing stages, with 30–50 subcontractors on site, requiring strong coordination and leadership to drive the project through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience delivering commercial,
aged care, or multi-level residential projects
- Strong capability in managing projects through fit-out and completion stages
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- White Card (Construction Industry Card)
- Experience managing high-volume subcontractor environments
- Proficiency in Hammertech (preferred)
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery What you'll get in return - Up to $200K package depending on experience
