About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

- Managing all on-site construction activities
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Driving project programmes and achieving key milestones
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Conducting site meetings and coordinating trades
- Managing site logistics and sequencing of works
- Liaising with project stakeholders and consultants
- Identifying and resolving site-related issues proactively

How You’ll Connect to the Role:





- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site operations
- Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to handover
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Sound understanding of safety and quality management systems
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams
- Trade or tertiary construction qualifications highly regarded
