Earthmovers is a leading civil and bulk earthworks contractor delivering commercial, industrial and large‑scale earthworks projects across metropolitan and regional Adelaide. With a modern fleet and a strong pipeline of work, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our growing operation.

About The Role

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor who can take projects from pre‑construction handover through to post‑construction completion. You'll oversee daily site operations, lead crews, coordinate machinery and subcontractors, and ensure projects run safely, efficiently and to specification.

This role is ideal for someone with strong civil experience who enjoys leading teams and delivering high‑quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervising civil and bulk earthworks crews across multiple sites

- Managing daily site operations, workflow and project delivery

- Reading and interpreting civil drawings confidently

- Setting up and using GPS & UTS control systems

- Coordinating plant,



materials and subcontractors

- Conducting pre‑starts, toolbox talks and WHS compliance checks

- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and communication

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years civil construction experience (essential)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proficiency in reading civil plans

- Competent with GPS & UTS setup and operation

- Practical experience operating civil machinery

- White Card relevant tickets

- Reliable, professional and able to work Monday-Saturday when required
