- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
- Write captions, hooks and post copy in the client's established voice.
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, keynote footage, television appearances, website content and book material into social media content ideas and written assets.
- Source relevant clips and content from the client's existing podcasts, interviews and media appearances for use by the video editor.
- Work closely with the existing video editor to brief content requirements and ensure assets are ready for publishing.
- Respond to comments and messages and actively engage with relevant audiences in English.
- Test different content approaches on Instagram, including Trial Reels, and monitor what performs well.
- Track and report on key social media metrics each week.
- Proactively identify opportunities to turn one piece of content into multiple posts or platform-specific assets.
- Stay across social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the client's personal brand.
