The Role

We need a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across a wide range of client accounts. You'll be building social presence, crafting content strategies tailored to each client, and running Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns that generate real leads, not just likes. One day it's a luxury property developer, the next it's a completely different industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing client social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Building tailored strategies per client because copy-pasting is a crime here
- Creating content that stops the scroll including Reels,



Stories, carousels, and captions that convert
- Running and optimising Facebook & Meta Ads lead gen campaigns
- Reporting on results and presenting them to clients without making their eyes glaze over

You Are Probably…

- Actually fluent in Ads Manager (not just "I've boosted a post" fluent)
- A strategic thinker who can juggle multiple client accounts without losing the plot
- A solid copywriter who writes for humans, not job applications
- Comfortable in a client-facing role and based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane
