Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) role based in Sydney, NSW.

The Sourcing

Specialist will identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers and service providers to support iMile’s logistics and courier operations in key markets, including China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing supplier performance, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. The role involves managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate sourcing documentation,



and supporting recruiting and sourcing efforts for key operational roles as needed.

The Sourcing

Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate in both English and Mandarin, and contribute to optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, costs, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid contract negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and manage supplier agreements.
- Candidates should possess experience in recruiting or talent sourcing for operational and logistics roles, ideally within fast-paced environments.
- Candidates should possess procurement skills, including vendor management, purchase planning, and familiarity with procurement systems.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-growing organization.
