The Role

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the passionate team; you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a rapid-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant
- Proven experience in a similar role within well-regarded venues
- A background in well-structured kitchens, with strong foundations and attention to detail
- Ideally,



exposure to European kitchens or cuisine
- Confident running the pastry section and working autonomously
- Strong time management and a genuine understanding of cooking from scratch
- Calm, composed and consistent under pressure
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be a key voice in the kitchen
- A genuine desire to grow, develop and take the next step in your career
