Spa Coordinator *Fixed Term Contract (6 months)**

Possibility of renewal or transition to part/full-time at the end of the contract*

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Managing bookings and staff schedules; proficiency in booking and scheduling software is essential
- Handling client inquiries




- Ensuring the cleanliness of the day spa
- Maintaining efficient daily operations, including stocktaking
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus; updating emails and social media with information on new treatments, public holiday schedules, and spa closure.
- Handeling Gift vouchers in- stores
- Assist in recommending products and selecting appropriate treatments for clients.
- Resolving client issues effectively
- Demonstrating the ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Exhibiting strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:

- Relevant field experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
