Branch Manager – Trades/Equipment Industry

$110k - $150k + Vehicle + Super (depends on experience) + Profit Share scheme

This is a senior leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a multifaceted role and enjoys balancing customer relationships, team leadership, operational performance, and commercial outcomes.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall branch performance, overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team engagement, and profitable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations and performance

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication

- Manage customer enquiries, negotiate solutions, and support commercial discussions

- Oversee operational teams including drivers, yard personnel, service staff, and administration teams

- Coordinate resources, scheduling, equipment allocation, and project requirements

- Monitor branch financial performance including budgets, profitability, utilisation, and cost control





- Support business development opportunities within the region

- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence

- Lead from the front and provide hands-on support to the team when required

About You

You are an experienced and capable leader with solid business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous Branch Manager or Senior Leadership experience

- A strong background in the hire industry, equipment rental, construction, industrial services, trades or related sectors

- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams

- Strong branch operations knowledge and understanding of business performance drivers

- Sound business and financial acumen, including budgeting and full P&L; management
