Ozcare in Hervey Bay is seeking a compassionate Client Liaison Officer in a permanent part-time role to support older Australians living at home. You will be the primary contact for clients and families, coordinating intake, assessments and care planning to deliver a seamless at-home care journey.
You will build robust relationships, manage documentation, and work with the Care Partnering Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with aged care standards.
