As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will support hiring managers and Recruitment and Workforce Business Partners by delivering efficient and accurate administrative support throughout the recruitment process. You will be part of a collaborative HR Support Services team, contributing to the smooth delivery of recruitment services in a high‑volume, fast‑paced healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
- Interacting and supporting hiring managers across NSW Health Pathology in undertaking their key accountability functions of the recruitment process.
- Responsible for the administrative support for the HR Support Services portfolio, inclusive of Human Resource (HR) transactional support.
- Ability to establish robust working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and external agencies and stakeholders.
- Provide assistance with Recruitment and HR transactional matters to NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) inclusive of the ability to interpret awards and policies.
