The Role

Join our dedicated Home Care team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised care and support that enables clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and versatile individual who enjoys building genuine relationships and delivering high-quality care tailored to each client's needs.Availability to work weekends and late afternoons is highly desirable. If you're passionate about helping others and want a role where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Your role will include:

- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
- Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
