Our client is a Sydney-based property development business with experience across property investment, residential development and asset management. Focused on design quality and practical, liveable outcomes, the business works with external agency and project partners to deliver residential developments from concept through to market. With a small, hands-on team, employees gain direct exposure to the business owner and multiple stages of the property development lifecycle.

About the Role

An opportunity is available for a junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support two residential development projects. You will work closely with external property agencies, coordinate sales and marketing documentation, assist with campaigns and project launches, and provide day-to-day support across agency, client and project activities. This is a strong prospect for someone with around one year of experience looking to build a career in property development.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with external real estate agencies and coordinate day-to-day project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales, marketing and project-related documents.
- Support residential property marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials and information required by external agencies.
- Assist with exhibitions, project launches, events and other promotional activities.
- Follow up agencies and stakeholders on outstanding information and actions.




- Maintain accurate project, sales and marketing records.
- Support client and agency enquiries relating to residential projects.
- Assist the business owner with day-to-day sales, marketing and project coordination.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across the small team.

Skills & Experience

- Around 1 year of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, property administration, agency support or a similar role.
- Property development, real estate agency or residential property experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident liaising with external agencies, clients and project stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable preparing documents, coordinating marketing activities and supporting events.
- Proactive and willing to work across a broad range of responsibilities within a small team.
- Existing Australian working rights are required; employer sponsorship is not available.
