Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct weekly inspections on all pump surface.

- Repair pumps, order parts required for repairs & set up/operate pumps

- Conduct flow meter inspections & readings

- Complete daily & weekly orders

- Ensure compliance with site policy & PCR Polyweld policies (ie.: SLAMS, Matesafes, GCOMS, hazard & defect reporting, job scope & planning)

- Esnure protected work operation & commitments

- Operation of boat when required in pits

- Checking & maintaining water levels in pollution ponds & pits as required.

- Polywelding when required

About the role

- Full time employment

- 7-7 Roster, Dayshift only.

- Camp accommodation & Meals provided

- Mine site Pump Fitting experience 3 years or more preferred and minimum of 1 year polywelding experience, preferably with Dixon polywelding machines.

Successful candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain;

- Trade qualification in Fitting

- Standard 11 Surface

- Coal Board Medical

- Drug & Alcohol test

- Drivers Licence

- PMBWELD301 & PMBWELD302

- Chainsaw RII (preferred)

- Display an enthusiastic work ethic and be self-motivated.
