Join our People, Performance & Reputation team and play a key role in delivering executive leadership experiences that help build a future-ready workforce. As an Executive Leadership Specialist, you'll support the design, coordination and continuous improvement of leadership development frameworks and initiatives for executive and senior leadership cohorts. Working across Workforce Strategy & Capability, you'll partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful programs, leadership events and capability initiatives that align to our people strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in leadership development, talent management or organisational development who enjoys drawing on evolving best practise, building relationships and turning strategy into practical outcomes. This is a 10-month max-term role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

- Support the delivery of executive leadership and capability initiatives aligned to our people strategy
- Coordinate leadership development programs, events and learning experiences for executive and senior leader cohorts
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and contribute to the design of development solutions
- Manage program logistics, vendor relationships and delivery activities to ensure a high-quality participant experience
- Monitor program outcomes, participant feedback and workforce insights to inform continuous improvement
- Contribute to leadership capability projects and the evolution of leadership frameworks and tools
- Provide reporting, governance and operational support across leadership and talent initiatives

What You'll Bring

- Experience researching and supporting leadership development, learning,



talent or organisational development programs
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and building effective relationships across a complex organisation
- Ability to translate business needs into practical capability and development solutions
- Solid communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using data, feedback and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience working with external learning providers, facilitators or vendors will be highly regarded
