Paediatric Speech Pathologist Location: Perth, WA | Caseload: Children aged 2–12 and their families

About Us Our mission is to provide high-quality, fun and effective therapy for families. We offer evidence-based, individualised therapy for children aged 2–12, delivered at home, school or daycare because families come first.

Our promise to our clients: we see every child for who they are. Every family's unique needs and values are considered, because we know one size doesn't fit all. We take the time to understand our clients' preferences, values and interests, and use that knowledge to tailor therapy to each family.

How We Ensure The Highest Quality Of Care

- Patient-centred — activities, setting and approach are tailored to each child's needs, interests and play preferences.
- Flexible — services delivered at home, school or daycare, at a frequency that works for the family.
- Evidence-based — access to research, regular professional development and frequent clinical mentoring.
- Fun! — children learn best through play, so every session is built around what each child enjoys.
- Neuro-affirming — we work with each child's natural communication style and regulation needs rather than trying to change them. That means following the child's lead, valuing all communication modalities (including AAC, gestures and stimming), and setting goals collaboratively with families rather than imposing a "typical" developmental checklist.

We'd Love to Welcome You to Our Team We're a small, collaborative team of 8 clinicians that genuinely cares about each other, our clients, and making a real difference. We work closely with children and families to create meaningful, playful, goal-focused therapy.

If you enjoy working autonomously while still being part of a warm, connected team, this could be the perfect fit.

We celebrate the small wins as much as the big ones — a first word, a regulated transition, a successful AAC request — because we know progress in paediatric therapy isn't always linear, and clinicians deserve to see that reflected back to them too. Wins get shared in team catch-ups, not just buried in client files.

What We're Looking For

- Experienced or New Grad Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics
- A clinician who values connection, creativity and evidence-based practice
- A team player who brings kindness, positivity and curiosity

The Role Servicing Morley, Aveley, Forrestfield, Belmont, Gooseberry Hill, Ellenbrook, Mandurah, Rockingham, Osborne Park and surrounding Perth suburbs. We support targeting your caseload to your areas of interest wherever possible. Onboarding & Support

- Structured onboarding with up to a week of supervision, tailored to your experience level
- Gradual caseload build-up, starting with 2 clients/day
- Initial shadowing before you take on your own caseload
- Informal, ad-hoc access to the team for questions and collaboration outside of scheduled supervision

Supervision & Professional Development

- Regular clinical supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist

- Internal and external supervision available as required — have a niche you want to grow into? We'll help you explore external supervision to upskill in areas of interest.
- $1,000 PD allowance per year — put towards courses, conferences or resources of your choice

Pay & Benefits

- Base salary: $85,000–$110,000/year + super, depending on experience
- Bonus: $1,000 or 1 additional leave day per term
- Annual leave: 4 weeks
- Birthday leave
- 9-day fortnight option
- KPI: An achievable, low-pressure KPI model — our focus is on quality of service and your development as a therapist, not chasing numbers
- Travel reimbursement
- WFH: Work from home for all non-client-facing time
- Full admin support: our admin team handles onboarding, bookings, session confirmations/cancellations, service agreements, NDIS plan admin, and school appointment/holiday scheduling — so you can focus on therapy
- Resource kit provided

Wellbeing Support Paediatric therapy is as emotionally demanding as it is clinically demanding. Alongside clinical supervision, we offer dedicated regular debrief sessions — a space to process the harder days, not just review clinical progress. We also use admin and AI assistance for bookings and referral management, taking that load off your plate so you can focus on sessions.

Know someone perfect for this role? Refer a therapist to us and if they're placed, you pick the reward — Gift Card, Spa Day, or Cash.
