Speech Pathologist – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and caring Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and families and is looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and control over their working week.

Whether you are an experienced clinician, a recent graduate, returning to the workforce, or simply looking for a role that offers greater flexibility, we would love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor or Master qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with communication and participation
- A family-centred, strengths-based and neuroaffirming approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children or within the NDIS is welcomed but not essential
