About the role

This Project Manager role coordinates the safe and timely readiness of Dartmouth Dam's Low Level Outlet Works, including forced-air injection capability and the low-level bulkhead winch and cable system.

You'll coordinate operational staff, engineering specialists, contractors and stakeholders to plan and deliver safe testing, training, commissioning and future operation.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys coordinating complex technical work, safety, schedules, risks and budgets in an operational environment.

What you’ll do

- Maintain the integrated readiness program, milestones, resources, costs and procurement
- Coordinate operational teams, specialists and contractors through testing, training and commissioning
- Manage safety, permits, isolations, risks, actions and dependencies
- Coordinate readiness of forced-air, cable, winch and bulkhead systems
- Update procedures, drawings, asset records, reports and close-out documents
- Build strong relationships with GMW teams, MDBA,



AGL and specialist contractors

You’ll bring:

- Project coordination experience in an operational, engineering or infrastructure workplace
- Ability to manage programs, risks, budgets, actions and dependencies
- Strong contractor and stakeholder coordination skills
- Sound understanding of field safety, permits and isolations
- Clear communication skills; an engineering or project management qualification is desirable
- Australian Driver's Licence, working rights and capacity to regularly attend Dartmouth Dam
