About The Role The Manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Quality develops and delivers a range of International Education Services (IES) stakeholder engagement projects, programs and events, including the development and delivery of stakeholder surveys across all stakeholder groups. Managing school compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 and assists schools to build capacity and capability to deliver high quality international student programs and study tours, including the development of associated plans, processes, projects and policy. The position coordinates complex and sensitive stakeholder negotiations, addressing conflicting stakeholder needs, and delivering effective communication, engagement and advisory services across all IES units and stakeholders.
The position also provides leadership and expertise in coordinating the teacher exchange program ensuring high quality and responsive support services to local and international teachers.
A key element of the role is also to provide a continuous improvement approach to business processes across IES including conducting research, reviews, analysis, stakeholder engagement, advisory services and reporting.
Qualifications
Essential:
A tertiary qualification in education and current full teacher registration.
Desirable: Nil
Special conditions The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
STL2 $143,438 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%)
